Rank list: Classify dependencies as critical, important, or nice-to-have and publish the list with owners and review dates.
Early check: Add a pre-integration check for each critical dependency and record the result in the weekly status.
Same-day swap: When a critical item slips, post a same-day plan that shows what moves out, what moves in, and who confirmed it.
